Our Story
We are a mom and pop restaurant that began our journey as restaurateurs in 1993 with our first restaurant in Dayton, Ohio. We had one simple vision: Give our customers great food and uncompromising service for breakfast and lunch dining. Building on our success in Dayton, we opened our second restaurant in historic Lebanon, Ohio in July of 2000. The new store incorporated our own in-house coffee roasting capability allowing us to roast fresh coffee weekly. Much to our delight the new fresh roast coffees have been a real success; we have roasted more than 100,000 pounds so far.
Through the years we have learned homemade is always better. To that end, we not only roast fresh coffee but we also make fresh homemade sausages, smoke most of of our meat in our commercial hardwood pit smoker, bake our burger buns daily, have homemade sauces like our enchilada sauce and Hollandaise sauces. Our monthly specials add some flare to our traditional menu; offering different flavors of homemade sausage, pancakes, waffles, whatever we can think of!
The response of the community to our made-to-order food and great customer service has been overwhelming. To all of you that consistently join us for a meal, thank you.
